@DLD my daily routine is 5 mins bundle stretch-3 sets basic strech 30 sec all directions-10 mins SSJ then 14-15 mins bathmate -end 1 or 2 set stretch 30 sec all directions-5 mins SSJ....this routine is just 2 weeks now, i feel thicker and longer!.i want length and girth gain but especially girth gain..what do u think about this routine? what would you recommend me?thanks
