Did I masturbate myself into Peyronie's? Could it cause cancer?

M35. I've masturbated for years with too heavy hand and over clothes (as I discovered it as a 12 year old my accident). As teenager noticed my penis was bit pent and then found it had these kinda hard partial rings under skin, around the area that was bending. And like... not hole, but bit of a valley or empty under skin as if I bend it too hard to one side so flesh had to move away. Now my penis is curved downwards, penis head looks thicker and my dick (when limp) feels kinda heavy at the tip when I bend over naked (when doing bed because it's too hot here to wear clothes).

I guess that's Peyronie's disease?

I visited doc in my late 20s, he just said the hard part is just my penis head, but he didn't really make me get hard there and I'm very much a grower, not a shower so not sure if he maybe didn't get what I meant.

Then few years later had very stressful situation during lockdown where I masturbated, then did it again and again, but I was soft, I put too much pressure, my penis took damage, got smaller, misshaped, was swollen and one side thicker, but that pulled back. But it's still smaller now and foreskin is lot wider around it.

1) Can such tissue damaged cause cancer? Could Peyronie's disease cause cancer?

2) Could Peyronie's lead to loss of penis If it keeps progressing?

Welcome to MOS. I don't think you have any threatening issue to be scared about. Just do PE and gain some penis length and some girth too. You will be fine.

Go to 2-3 doctors unashamed of what you have gone through. I have had similar experiences of being fustrated with the medical community but I recommend you push through the BS and find a balance and get properly looked at. Just get some good feedback on where you are at currently and if water pumping is for you. Read many studies but water pumping might be the top recommended due to your history with too much pressure with the hand. Give the hand and Dick a break.

Not sure if you have visited a therapist, not because of what you have gone through but more about how you invision your future to be. If you had something in the past, that is what you have gone through but may not be where you want to be now. Now work towards what you believe your future can be. I go to a therapist to discover more about myself rather than to try and cure me from what is done. There is nothing wrong with you but there is healthier way to approach this.

Peyronie's covers many aspects of penile deformities. So yes, you can beat it under Peyronie's.

We can't evaluate just by words alone. If you can share a photo, that will provide greater clarity. Doodle all you like to provide more info. But do go to the different doctors for a wide coverage of professional opinions. One is good. Two is better. Three or more is best.

1) Can such tissue damaged cause cancer? Could Peyronie's disease cause cancer?
This is a big question. Can it cause cancer? Generally, no. But can odd cellular growth causes cancer, that is yes. Exposures to various conditions can cause cancers to manifest, such as petroleum based bi-products.

2) Could Peyronie's lead to loss of penis If it keeps progressing?
Peyronie's cannot lead to the sudden loss of the penis, but it can hinder the sexual organ to the point of not performing well. Erectile dysfunction is one. Improper growth or bend that can hurt during penetration is another.

DLD bends are very powerful in correcting a curve or adding to curvature. You will find video in the video forum
