Hello! I'm a relatively new member and I wanted to get everyone's opinion on this method. I'm pretty new to PE and I recently purchased the LengthMaster and Silistretcher in order to gain as much length as I can. However, I figured if I just do bundled stretches I may get some girth as well which is also desirable. My routine looks something like this at the moment. If anyone has any suggestions in order to improve it let me know. It's basically just DLD's Newbie routine just all bundled nothing complicated since I'm still new. Take care!
Warmup 10 minutes Heatingpad
All Bundled Stretches:
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks
