Dazed and Confused Newbie

Ok so with the little time that I have I have been able to read and go over some of the newbie exercises and apply some to my daily routine I watched the video that shows how to use the Length Master looks simple enough, the only thing I'm confused about is the rotary stretches shown I wasn't able to see too clear, but it looks like the penis is being twisted? Is it possible to do these rotary stretches with just your hands till you get the Length Master?

Aren't rotary stretches just stretching the penis outward whilst incorporating a circular movement? (like a clock e.g.) Though, I'm not sure how abrupt the angle should be. It is absolutely possible to do these with your hands alone.

What you described are bundled stretches. No?
 
Rotary stretches are when you pull the penis straight out in front of you, while flaccid, and make small to large circle rotations as if you were stirring the pot of soup. Bundled stretches or when you twist the penis once or twice and then stretch from there. Bundled Stretchin effects the tunica which is very very dense but with bundle stretches you’re able to write that tissue down quickly bringing gains so much faster.
 
Ok I understand better now and I will have to try it that way, I skipped yesterday but back on track today, I'll be posting in the progress forum as much as I can.
