Crypt's newbie adventures in penis enlargement

Heya everybody, welcome to the start of what will hopefully be an epic tale of my penis going through its journey from zero to hero.

I'm half Chinese half British, so unfortunately I'm cursed with a smaller than average penis (at least from my point of view here in the UK). On the other hand, I'm blessed with a slim body and young looks - I'm 29 and can pass off as a 21 year old, son hopefully I'll look in my 30s when I'm 50.

I heard about jelqing a few years ago and was interested in trying it at the time (as I am by no means large), however the forum I saw it on had a lot of members saying it caused permanent damage to your penis which scared me off. Someone on another forum I've had a quick browse through this forum and it's clear that some people experience tremendous gains - I guess it's the same as going to the gym; if you don't maintain proper form and rush things, then you can seriously injure yourself.

So basically I'm trying to come into this with an open mind, and would appreciate all the help that anyone can provide.

Current stats:
Age 29
Height: 5'9
Flaccid length : 3.5", although this can be longer when it's warmer
Flaccid girth: 3.5"
Erect length : Just about 5"
Erect girth: 4.5" in the middle, and 4" at the base and just below the glands.

Current goal:
6" length and 5" girth

A few starting questions:
Do people keep their gains when they stop doing the exercises? Or is this going to be a lifestyle choice for the rest of my life?

Is there a specific diet that I should be trying to stick to? Or maybe supplements that would help the process?

I noticed there are products which can aid in growth. Are there any particular products that are recommended for someone completely new to this, and of my general size? I don't really want to spend a fortune on this stuff at this point, but if there is a product or two which makes a world of difference, then I will consider it.

They say that size doesn't matter, it's how you use it, however I just think this is something that small guys say to make themselves feel better, or what big guys say to the small guys so they don't feel as bad.

I'd personally concentrate on length first then look at girth, you will naturally gain some girth through doing length exercises anyway.

Id be looking at doing SRT, lots of manual exercises to start with, this comes free and enters you into the world of PE without putting money in, see where first 3-6 mths takes you then look at maybe pushing towards the LM etc to take it to next level. I made more or less all of my gains with just my hands so it's possible.

Just ensure you are committed and patient as this is no way an easy game but does reap rewards if you stick to it. We are all here to help and support you along the way.

Thanks for the tip about length before girth. I've had a look at the SRT routine, and the first couple of weeks sounds easy enough. Are there video instructions for all the exercises somewhere on this site?

SRT is the best way to go and yes there’s videos in several places. If you go to our store under any product click more information and videos for that product will show up. You can also go to our video form by clicking on the word video. Our older archive that contains a video from 2000 to 2015 at www.mattersofsize.com/access. I hope this helps if you need more help please just ask

Okay, so it's been 3 weeks now, so I guess it's time for a quick progress report.

I'm still a bit nervous about doing permanent damage to my penis (it's a very important part of my body after all LOL), so I've been taking it slow and have only been doing a few exercises daily:
- the basic stretches in all directions for 20-30 seconds each
- 30 cranks in each direction
- 100 jelqs

I was doing jelqs by having one hand holding the base, while the other grips and pulls up the shaft to the head. I checked out the video, and the guy didn't have his other hand supporting the base, so I tried it that way and ended up with a some bruising on the shaft (and maybe a popped vein) just below the glands. I'm taking a few days break for the bruising to go away before getting back to stretching.

Anyway, is it normal to keep getting erect when doing cranks? For whatever reason I get hard without fail after a dozen or so cranks.

I got a better tape measure (one of those soft ones instead of using a metal tape measure) so I will update my starting stats in my earlier post.

1. That sounds like a good starting routine, I would do 3 sets of stretches in all directions for a total of 30min of stretching. (there's little damage you can to your dick by stretching so don't worry about the length of the routine)

2. Damn it dude! the exercise you described is the Jelq Squize aka "clamped jelquing" and it's a very advanced exercise that should not be attempted in your first year of PE because can produce some serious damage to your penis due to the high pressure, take some time off and do your research thoroughly before starting on a new routine and most importantly ask the old folks that have been at this for some time.

Here's a video that shows how to perform the regular jelq. Start with 10mins/day and add 5mins every week until you hit 20 and then another 5min every 2 weeks until you hit 30min/day.

I wasn't clamping at the base, my hand was completely loose. Without my hand there, the skin was being pulled up and over the glans, which was uncomfortable for me. I'm uncircumcised, and it seems that all these videos of the basic jelqing are with guys who have been circumcised.

A few days ago I tried jelqing in the same way shown in your video (as I want to try and stick with the newbie routine), and ended up with the bruising.

Anyway, thanks for your comment. I'll start stretching for longer in a few days once my penis goes back to normal.

The jelq is not the best exercise to gain girth. I highly recommend the SSJ because it allows you to trap the blood in your penis while you exercise. It’s a closed loop exercise opposed to the jelq where blood can escape. The way you described how you are doing the jelq is really the way you do a SSJ. One hand traps the blood at the base while the other hand traps the blood right below the head and those two hands come together to cause incredible expansion.

From what I've read/seen of the SSJ and the clamped jelq, I think my version is half way between them both as I am still moving my hand from base to glans, but with my other hand holding the base.

I think for now I'll keep doing it my way for a while as I don't want to overdo things and cause damage. After a few weeks, I'll try out the SSJ.

The bruising has mostly gone now, so I'll start things up again in a day or two.

they are very similar but the thing with the SSJ is that you have control of that gripping lower hand opposed to having a clamp where there is no variation in movement. Please let me know what you think once you try the SSJ
