Creating upward curve and increasing erection angle

Hey guys,

a lot of thread links don’t seem to work for me anymore so sorry if this has been answered 1000 times but:

I wanted to ask is jelqing in the direction of the curve still the best way to get and upward curve? Is it really that simple? And also do I need to be fully erect?

also my erection angle seems to lean down even when I have an erection.How would I improve that?

If you want to get an upward curve, jelq towards that direction in an erect state. If you want to correct your downward erection angle, use same technique of jelq towards the desired direction you want it to face.

So for the angle would I technically be holding my penis up to match the height I would want it to be in?
 
But if you can't reach an upward angle be sure to increase kegel work...it take PC strength to reach greater heights

I also have another question for you guys when it comes to kegals.

When I Kegal I noticed I can isolate different areas. I notice I can do it more toward the anus. I can I can do it right in the middle balls and anus. And the final isolation I notice seem to be like a penis flex itself more towards the balls it seems.

Is there an area I should be focused on more that is the “right” way?

And also if you guys had a routine on hand that would be amazing
 
Just do kegels brother. Kegel is kegel. What routine are you talking about?

Oh there was some form of a Kegal routine to follow for progression.

I’ll do my best to continue with them! People always says they more blood pushing in when they Kegal but I never see that. maybe I just need to get my strength up

Just be be doing kegels consistently. You can start with 30 per day. Hold each one for 30 seconds.
 
You feel it mainly from ass but if you go erect you will feel it mainly in penis
