Cranking Rotary Again

For cranking Rotary when ur holding it out at maxiumum stetch do you just rotate it once and release or do you do all 30 cranks at once. Also how fast should you do a crank? (being Super Slow)1---------10(being Super Fast)

For cranking Rotary when ur holding it out at maxiumum stetch do you just rotate it once and release or do you do all 30 cranks at once. Also how fast should you do a crank? (being Super Slow)1---------10(being Super Fast)

Rotaries are done all at once. I mix them up between slow large circles and smaller faster ones.
