Couple more questions

Hi all.
I am relatively new to this so still researching. I have had some great advice so far which has then led me to try and refine my approach.
I am using Bathmate 3-4 days a week, along with All day stretchers similar to the Phallosan Forte strapped around my leg 1-2 hours per day and a lengthening traction 1 hour per day, plus some manual jelqing and stretches.
However, I have read on the forum that ADS is not effective and also that you have to be erect for the Bathmate.
I reach pretty much the same size if I use the Bathmate flaccid or erect.
in addition, my flaccid size is all over the place. A lot of the time it looks great and others less than normal. For example today my flaccid length was 7 inches and an hour later it looked like I had just walked out of cold water? Unfortunately, I am not a grower as my BPEL fluctuates between 7.5 and 8
