Could someone show me how to do erect bends correctly

Can I do erect bends with the size genetics extender and is it normal for the extender to cut off circulation??

You cannot do erect bends with the SG. Erect bends is the process of bending and jelqing the erect penis to the opposite side of the curve. You don't need any device to do this.

You shouldn't have bought the SG. It works but too cumbersome to use. It is.normal for the SG to cut off blood circulation within 30 minutes.

That device is useless in my books.

That's the truth. I used JES for so many years, but gave up after the amount of circulation killing it does. SG does exactly the same. However, it works well for some. If I have to use traction, I rather use the SiliStretcher with traction base system. Vacuum cup is the way to go in dealing with the circulation killer.
