Great reading guys are still positive about using the pump, with all the different ways these days to train a penis ?
As it happens, I'm actually doing a new routine of just pumping and clamped edging performed every other day.
The actual pumping lasts 20-30 minutes non-stop while as erect as I naturally can be, without cock rings but I'm not against their use, just ease for me not to use while in the pump.
I go for a pressure no lower than 5 and no higher than 7 for the entire duration, so all in all it's low pressure, and something I have never done regularly in my past routines, so it's good to do.
Now, I got two cylinders. All my equipment is mos, and I have a cylinder for the girth, with the other being slimmer to quickly pack for length.
I do get slight fluid but it's nothing to sweat about, and after a session I do 10-15 mins clamped edging to get a massive hard erection, further working on that new expansion.
That's it. I use some lubricant to avoid friction inside the cylinder, have noticed at times the foreskin itches the day after, but it's being less the issue.
I'm seeing a much better hang all day, the circulatory system to the penis seems to keep it hanging fuller days after.
My main aim is another 1 inch in length, so, I shall target that cylinder more over the wider one.
Pumping really does work, it's had a bad rap in the past due to knuckleheads abusing it, getting bloated up, bad injury and all these bullshitters come out saying it damages the nerves ? these are people 9/10 times who never even tried long enough, or they have ulterior motive to sell you there shit product.
Pumping won't agree with everyone, and it's easy to get carried away, but less really is more .... I don't even pull on the cylinder nowadays because that increases pressure.
I'm also doing it dry at the moment because it's just more convenient, but I don't think wet or dry pumping are any worse or better than the other, it's simply a matter of comfort with wet being for me the most comfortable, but that can make you sloppy with pressure, so it's all about being vigilant.
In time I'm gonna slap on the silistretcher at night using just about 1lbs at first, and hang with it all night going out the end of the bed. I've always been convinced this method would work with the light but long stretches applied to a pre pumped penis the day before being more prime to stretch compared to the normal penis.
I used to be hard core mad, intense stretch, heavy weight, high pressure, but now I see, have indeed learned that its not all one-way traffic, but a sprinkle of many, and as I haven't trained bin years I should be like a newer guy.
