Comment on my routine guys

Background: 22 y/o, started off with 6.2x5.3 bonepressed. Please tell me what you guys think of my PE routine, I started this 2 weeks ago and I've only been doing PE for 7 weeks (first 5 weeks was only bathmate), so far I've realized girth went to 5.5 without a pump, probably from bathmate, no change in length. This is my plan for the next 3 months, open to make modifications and improvements:

Manual stretches all angles, 30 second holds

Kegels 10 sets, 5 second then 30 second holds, 60 second hold at the very end

Bathmate 5 minute warm-up, then 10-12 minutes full pressure, 90%+ erection

Phallosan Forte 8-10 hours yellow tension

Will do this 6 days per week, 1 day off

Everything looks good but I would like to add a few things if you’re open to it. Be sure to do bundle stretching before every and any workout as it pre-stretches the Tunica allowing you to take on much more size.

I would also suggest that you try 5×5×3 girth workout in SRT. This routine brings on unbelievable expansion of tissue without any of the water retention associated with pumping. Some members report over an inch of temporary girth that is totally usable in a sexual situation! Imagine that!

I would like to see some express stretching so you hit the inner penis, a great source of gains. If you feel below your scrotum and trace how much in your penis you have inside your body you will be amazed. Some people have up to 9 inches inside their body. I’m not saying you’ll be able to pull out 9 inches but you will be able to pull out some of that which is a bonus.

I would also like to see you include the Testicle Health massage and stretch found in the newbie routine. This brings incredible flaccid length and girth making for a much larger hang, it cures turtling.

Lastly I would like you to look into SRT, particularly the healing techniques in length and girth. Healing is just as important as gaining.

I hope you took the advice given by DLD? You need to add manual girth exercises to your pumping sessions if you truly want to make cemented girth gains. Get a length master and use it for bundled stretches. I would also suggest that you try 5×5×3 girth workout in SRT.
