Background: 22 y/o, started off with 6.2x5.3 bonepressed. Please tell me what you guys think of my PE routine, I started this 2 weeks ago and I've only been doing PE for 7 weeks (first 5 weeks was only bathmate), so far I've realized girth went to 5.5 without a pump, probably from bathmate, no change in length. This is my plan for the next 3 months, open to make modifications and improvements:
Manual stretches all angles, 30 second holds
Kegels 10 sets, 5 second then 30 second holds, 60 second hold at the very end
Bathmate 5 minute warm-up, then 10-12 minutes full pressure, 90%+ erection
Phallosan Forte 8-10 hours yellow tension
Will do this 6 days per week, 1 day off
