Comfort pad or no comfort pad

Hey Guys,

Im new here and just wondering what is the recommended option, I have the Xtreme7 and have heard mixed reviews about the comfort pad, should I leave it in or take it out?

for some people they say it loses vacuum when you take it off and when they remove it they see a greater increase in vacuum. You could also modify your pump with the wine vac that will help increase vacuum even when you’re using the comfort pad.

I dont use the comfort pad, to ensure vacum, make sure when you tip the bathmate pump up. do it quickly! and make a tight seal against the pubic bone by pressing hard aginst it in that way you dont lose any water or allow air bubbles. then pump 3-4 times ,pull down any scrotum skin and pump again. you aim is to cover the inner penis by placing the gaitor at the bottom of the pubic bone.the white spot the top needs to be placed where the arrow is, pump every minute with the new handball. if you can handle the pressure you'll grow faster...

I prefer no comfort pad on my Hydromax7... I get more suction/power with it out.

There’s a few people out there saying the same thing. I never understood how you could get enough vacuum using a comfort pad it just seems counterintuitive to me

comfort pad is exactly what it say's it means comfort it dampens the effect of the suction although the suction you get with the comfort pad is good!
But remove the comfort pad and youll feel the suction against the pubic bone more intensly and as you use the hand ball full max pressure and suction only the brave can take the pain its insane? guarantee you will gain!???

Definitely. The comfort pack gives you comfort but it also reduces the vacuum.
