Combination exercise: Ball & Lig stretch erected.

I'm thinking that you can combine Ball & Lig stretch with erect stretches, that is; You compress these two exercises into one to save time. I did this once by watching adult entertainment simultaneously as I did Ball & Lig stretch. Not the best way to stay erected, but it worked (doing LENGTHMASTER 3 stretches afterwards, so couldn't use Viagra or L-Citrulline).

Grabbing your erected penis at the extreme inner base (deep in the tissue) and then stretch your erected penis simultaneously, as you stretch your: Balls & Ligs.

Exactly like, 🔗 Ball & Lig Stretch (Video 02), but doing it with an erect penis. I believe this is a viable exercise.

I personally do not do erected stretches on a regular basis, but I will start to incoperate these Ball & Lig stretches before my length sessions.

- What do you brothers think about the concept and effectiveness of this exercise?

- Also, is this something new?
- This must have been done and implemented before right?


I'm trying to be creative to save time, and to do my sessions according to the teachings of: Mike Mentzer. A bodybuilder that believed in the optimal effective dose in training. I have implemented this with the LENGTHMASTER 3, and it have been effective for me.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
