Collagen + vitamin-C

Ou yeah, brothers! Back in PE business 8-)

My current routine is 1 hour manual stretching per day, 5 days per week, with the aid of silicone penis sleeve. This is very easy and I can use as much force as I wish. Now, I am happy to inform you that I have super-boosted my progress with collagen supplementation: 1 cm gains in just 2 months! My penis also feels much bigger and it is not newbie gains that I am talking about. I am 34 yo. and my natural collagen production is diminished so it might be that supplemented collagen is one of the key elements with PE after our younger years.

I take 5 g of collagen + 1 g vitamin-C powder every morning when I wake up, and all I can say is that it works. Besides all the vitamins and minerals, I take 5 g of l-arginine after my lunch. Collagen is also good for your skin.

Do you mix it in water or juice? It's been a while since I've taken vitamin C-powder, I do have some pills though.

Have you tried L-Citrulline instead of L-Arginine? Just curious.

The Lengthmaster is what you should get and get the new sleeves, Between these two there will never be slippage again and you’ll make gains at twice the speed.
 
I bougth both the sleeves and lengthmaster. At this moment I also want to learn more how to control manuals since i get a progressive logging of what I do and what´s the effect. I know lengthmaster can of course apply all the strength, but also the grip can be sooo too STRONG

what i mean here is: lengthmaster already in my arsenal, but i wish i also improve the grip for manual exercises, as i want to improve my skill and knowledge of manuals too. So the grip is an issue for me. My penis is tougher than the rest of my body.... it´s defeating me hahaha . I am injured with tendinitis already

OK I got you now. I would use the sleeves to stretch with because they’re going to give you much better grip than your hands. Some other things you can try that increase hand grip are gloves you can try leather, latex, rubber they all give better grip. Also be sure to try stretching with baby powder as that increases grip also.

Simply water. To be more specific, I take caffaine, l-taurine, MSM, collagen and C-vitamin with a big mug of water + extra water. I strongly suggest not to add l-arginine powder in the morning mix since it can turn your stomach upside-down ?

Try google "silicone penis sleeves" etc., and you'll find one that fits for you. When you get one, then have an erection, pull the foreskin as back as possible and then land the sleeve onto yout shaft. Wait until your erection wears off and then you have a super grip without any voodoo (or without tears)! When you change your grip hand it is always good to do some kegels to restore the proper amount of blood in the glands. After the initial trial and error you'll stick with this method. Do remember: consistency is the key to success.

OK I got you now. I would use the sleeves to stretch with because they’re going to give you much better grip than your hands. .

friends. This worked. the silicone blue sleeve worked incredibly. It has a thicker part at the top that works as a grip optimiser and completely changed my manual stretchings. I recommend it strongly to everyone. Its easy to put it on, keeps some blood in the shaft/head which improves the grip too, and overall it changed it all!

Our new sleeves are the best in the world and I don’t say this without complete and absolute experience. We have gone through every sleeve that’s out there and none of them come close to our sleeves. And the pricing and lifetime warranty? How can you go wrong?

Yes, it was about one massage oil for penis usage. I wouldn't had minded if it was just text and had some more info to it but as it was, the informational value was very low.

With that said, I'm excited to hear about good reports regarding PE products.
Or products that have benefited on several levels, I enjoy talking about supplements. :)

What is the best collagen in a cream form is there? I’ve been working on a cream to get rid of discoloration under the eyes and to get rid of crows feet and I’ve had great success. But the one thing I wanted to add to the mixture before I made it public was collagen so if anybody has any advice on this I would appreciate it. I have made such changes in the bags under my eyes, dark circles and wrinkles, I looks 10 years younger!

I could recommend thousand creams that my girlfriend has, but... who knows which one of them all works the best. Besides I don't want to adventure and say: "buy this and this". Make you spend money on it and later on it wouldn't bring results.

On a side note, have you tried HA (HYALURONIC ACID) ?

I use it every time. Plus its cheap you can make your own, and brings results.

But ascorbic acid tends to upset the stomach, that's why I recommend you liposomal vitamin c

Apparently the fish collagen is the best, but I would recommend to take high dosages of cheap bovine collagen powder to have the maximum benefits. Add one tea spoon of vitamin C into the mix to have the best results. A pro tip: if you have difficulties with water, then you might try mixing that collagen with yoghurt or quark in a shaker bottle.

After few years of trying I must say that my penis feels fuller with my daily collagen dosage. Also, my face looks younger.

P.S. With my 15 years of experience in PE I can say that stretching is THE correct method to have gains, and pumping once in a week gives you some supplementary benefits in girth and erection.
