Cockring plus cable clamp idea.

I think the typical shape of a rounded edge cock ring is perfect for occlusion. I use the small not very stretchable silicone Cockrings.
I use one or two of the smallest I can find.
But for extreme max expansion. I use two of those small rings and put a cable clamp on the one furthest from the body. This takes many months of conditioning. Trust me, beads of blood coming from the pores of your glans isn't pretty.

So whats the point? I can't begin to describe how hard it is to keep a medium cable clamp on one of the rings without slipping off.

I would love someone to make a set of silicone rings of different sizes with a groove in the center for our beloved medium cable clamp.
Easy to put on and no slipping.

There are specific cable clamps specific for Penis Enlargement. But MOS Shop doesn't sell them, and I believe the reason is due to the danger of clamping. If you develope deep vain thrombosis you will be really sorry. With probably permanent damage in heart, lungs and brain. Why risk that?

Yes it's really dangerous. You keep old blood in your penis to long and it coagulate and get stuck on flaps inside the body, it gets dislodge, and then clog up smaller blood vessels.

Good you stopped. I hope your EQ get back.
Trapping blood inside your penis for to long, and to hard isn't good. Pumping and SSJ's are enough for gaining girth.

Yea never got into clamping through all my years as focus was always length,only started as switched to be girth due to plateau on length, however first few times I clamped I got blood in urine and then this

If you want to get past a length plateau LENGTHMASTER 3 is your go to tool.

Clamps are dangerous and there is no need for them. Do the 5x5x3 and expect a massive increase in girth very fast.

I agree with @squirt_inducer_man the lengthmaster is the best way to see length growth
