Hi I just purchased my Bib Hanger.
I started hanging 20 mins at 10lbs 2x yesterday & so far today I've done 3 20 min sessions 2x at 10lbs & 1x at 15lbs.
As of me writing this I'm clamping to keep the bloodflow from my sessions.
A few questions.
How long should I be hanging daily?
If I clamp how long & often should I be clamping? (whether I'm doing stretching or hanging exercises)
Also what are some suggestions for ADS? I have the Silli sleeve from MOS but after about 15 mins or so it begins to hurt so I'm typically not using a ADS all day or night after a intense session which I know is important.
In the past I was using the length master for hanging & it didn't get the same pull as I'm getting with the Bib Hanger (which is why I bough it! Already noticing a much more intense hanging session with it too!)
This is not to say anything bad about the Length Master as I can hang with heavier weights with it, just if I'm doing bundled hanging or stretch if I'm not able to get a full rotation going in the opposite direction of my curve then the screws end up poking my thighs.
My goal is to gain length short term goal is to get up to 6.5" & continue to grow from there. Currently 5.75"
Any suggestions are great & humbly appreciated. My long term goal is 10" I know it will take work & I'm committed & dedicated I know the biggest thing holding me back from getting any major gains in my efforts in the past is being able to keep my penis in a longated state after workouts as everything I've used either hurts within 20 mins or is really sticking out of my pants, shorts etc...
I'm sure I'm not the only person who has dealt with this, so all suggestions are welcome.
