Hey Everyone !

decided to follow the 'trend' of making a logbook for my journey (but also because it's a great idea), to document my gains and issues with PE throughout.
this will possibly turn into a PE Journal down the track as well

(( I'm basically a hardcore beginner so maybe this thread can also help fellow newcomers / lurkers trace my progress and eventually get into PE as well ))
(not to sound pretentious or anything)

Of course I should probably start with my starting measurements :
My Duke is about
‎ ‎ ‎ 5.51 Inches in Length when at Attention (BPEL)
‎ ‎ ‎ 4.72 Inches in Length when at Ease‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎ ‎(BPFSL)

‎ ‎ ‎ ‎5.0 Inches In Girth towards mid shaft

Ok that part is now out of the way, let me unveil my goal size...

not a surprise to no one am I right? Almost predictable at this point 😅

(but honestly even ~7.5 by 5.5~is still good as fuck and probably all I'll need in the long
run.............probably)

I think at that size you have something where girls can start talking in the group chat or with their friends about how big you are - based on the average size of course.

We've all seen Sandra in the godfather gesturing at the size of Sonny with her girl pals, I guess I want to be 'that Guy'
(btw that movie is GOLD even for a Gen Z as myself)

Anyway speaking of EGO

I think the goal size also covers the basis of comparison between other guys as well, and by that I don't mean I'm going to compare my dick size with every other guy or something, but it's good to know that you have an above average size compared to other guys - a Possible Paradigm Shifter I would say.

Whilst attaining this goal I also will try to correct my leftward leaning curvature as well, I don't need it to be 180* straight or nothing, but definitely a little pointier .


Alright let unveil the tools I'll be using for to achieve this coveted goal

- Lengthmaster 3, and it's required components
- MityVac
- Uncle Jims Wrap

Simple, done.

Now onto my current program

So for now I'm using just the lengthmaster and conducting the beginner routine for it as suggested to me by @huge-girth,

1 minute hold per stretch

Before and after the exercises I warm up for about 10 minutes with a source of heat, usually hot water towel or just getting in the shower and turning the heat on


after the exercise I'm wrapping my Johnny with the Uncle Jim's Wrap to stay elongated as seen on the SRT Program (my dude has a turtling issue so this helps a lot)

for now I've decided the frequency to be 6 days on 1 day off - hopefully this isn't too cumbersome on my duke.

and a daily frequency of 40 minutes per day

I'll be doing this routine for 30 days and then measure my BPFSL, will most def be posting here so stay tuned :P (8th of July)
I'll also be doing erect stretches to make my flaccid inline with my erect length overtime, but this is something I won't be focusing on as much.
and not to forget that I'll be doing as many Kegels as I can throughout the day

At the moment I don't think I want to work on girth just yet, but maybe after the 30 days I'll think about doing it.
Even though my girth is nothing crazy sitting at 5 inches, I think I should train length first before focusing on girth or at least reach the halfway mark of my length goal before starting girth - Let me know your opinions on this.

Just to let you know I'm currently on day 5 of doing this routine.


Would love to hear your feedback on this program and this somewhat long read of thoughts.

You are pretty big already, you will smash out the length goal in no time with the correct intensity.
Yeah intensity is key for sure this is something that I’ve realised whilst doing the stretches

at the start i wasn’t able to pull without weird tingly sharp sensation internally at the tip of my glan, which at first seemed like I was doing something wrong but day by day (just completed the 5th day) the pain was no longer present.

I’m starting to slowly understand my intensity and adjust each session, so I think i’m starting to get the hang of it now
But it’s still too early to tell

Missed stretches today because of a busier day than usual, so to make-up for that I've decided to swap out my rest day that was suppose to be tomorrow with today.
Stretching will resume tomorrow.

One thing I realised while applying heat the other day was that my left ball felt bumpier compared to my right ball, I'm not sure whether this might be something I should be worried about or not.

does anyone else have 1 bumpy testicle and the other one smooth?

The testicles can be of different sizes, but I'm not sure what you mean with this?

You can use smoking toothpaste just rub a smear of affected area for a few hours daily and they should flake off
 
Hey guys,
apologies for not checking in,

haven't been able to do PE for the past 3 days (groomsmen for a wedding and shit)

But I'm back and just completed my 11th day (technically 8th) of the lengthmaster beginner routine.

One thing I've started to notice as my intensity has gradually increased is the pull of the pelvic muscle,
I've trained myself to now reverse Kegel for the whole minute now - which has caused a weird cold sensation in those muscles.
fortunately I know this should be normal, as I've noticed the penis stretches further when pulled while reverse kegeling.

I've also noticed a red ring around the end of my member this I'm assuming is also normal.

besides that still going good, I'll check into report futher progress

you see my pelvic muscles were getting this cold feeling when pulling with the lengthmaster, but today I noticed this was only occurring when I was bundling downwards (the tension was a lot more easier downwards of course). When I realised this I knew that my tension wasn't as good as I thought in the other directions.
So I put a little more effort in and improved my grip on the handles for the other directions trying to achieve this same 'cold' sensation in my pelvic muscle,

And sure enough I achieved just that.

It looks like I hit another milestone in my intensity :)

I don't understand what you mean with: 'cold' sensation in my pelvic muscle. Do you mean that you are stretching your inner penis as well?

Improving your grip (higher friction coefficient), and grip strength will for sure increase your intensity. I always stretch with gloves for this reason.

yes it's like a weird predominantly cold but hottish feeling in the kegel muscles. I'm not really good in putting this into words, but it happens maybe about 20-35 seconds in during a stretch where I am retracting (like im trying to bust out a massive piss fountain) the pelvic muscle. This coupled with pulling/pushing with the lengthmaster: I get this feeling.

Although I wouldn't say its painful or anything.

Inner penis you say? Maybe that's what I might be doing.... I'm not too sure.

I believe you will gain massively with this stretching technique. You are stretching the inner penis simultaneously, as you are stretching your outer penis.
This is optimally for fast gains.
 
Had an incredibly weird PE related dream today, too real man too real.

So basically I'm up and I walk over to the mirror that I usually go to in my bathroom, and I see that my dick right now is like a horse cock erect. 11-12 inch easily).
I thought to myself 'Dam I'm only like 11 days in and I'm already this big, I guess I'm done with PE 😆.'

Well, it for some reason keeps growing and growing right in-front of me. I'm looking at the reflection both perplexed and horrified at what I'm seeing right now.

It got to the point where I was cupping my penis head with both hands like it was some sort of drainage pipe you see underground, at this point the circumference is easily 10 inches or something.

the dream ended catastrophically with me trying to take of the Uncle Jims Penis wrap (which somehow magically fit to this new MONSTER size), only to find out that I actually severed my dick from the base in the process.... I looked down in fucking horror to see that my crotch was no longer housing a penis anymore....

and bam IT ENDED....

*so glad that wasn't real.... 😅😅😅

This is important when you stretch with the LENGTHMASTER 3.
My rule is that the rest days needs to be planned. This at least for me helps me keep the dicipline up. This rule may be helpful for you as well.

If 6 days are to much for you, and you start to develop soreness in your skin to much. I recommend that you then try 3 days exercise, and 1 day rest, and then repeat. This works for me. Just sharing some tips that's all.

so far with regards to skin soreness I haven’t really developed anything of that sort just yet ( unless it’s a slow onset problem which i won’t be aware of until it happens.)

but let’s say if something does happen I most definitely would adjust the routine to maybe like 5 days and 2 days rest or something of the sort.

3 days and one off is also not a bad idea but I’ll probably start off with what i’m doing currently and see how it goes before jumping there.

but I can’t help but notice at the end of today that the red ring around my member is now a dark purple….


Would this be Normal?

Keeping a log of your results will be your best friend in penis enlargement
 
Completed my 3rd day of PE after 10 days of complete inactivity from PE. (not even elongation wrap)
(Let's just say I was occupied with a certain bad thing for a lot longer than I thought.)


I've forgiven myself, and I Hope you brothers can also forgive me for not staying on track.

I did notice something with the Lengthmaster that I think should help me out a lot in my future sessions,
and that is the fact that lengthmaster after tightening was gradually losing its tightness during my stretches.
Which I did notice until my latest session.
Now I tighten it after almost every stretch depending on how lose it gets, this obviously saves me the trouble of
rewrapping and the pain of a loose TheraBand grinding against the glans.

This should in theory help me increase my intensity when using the lengthmaster.
