Can't understand these abbreviations

Can anyone explain these abbreviations?
They come up from time to time, but I do not know what they mean.

This is one example I found:

BPEL-6 1/2"
BPFL-4 1/2"
EMSG-4 3/4"
FMSG-4 1/2"

FBG-4 1/2"

But: You should always messure from the bubic bone.
