Cant get any girth gains NMW I try. Length gained an actual 1” erect, not measuring flaccid anymore but girth-nothing. Doing 5x5x3 with mity vac.

That was the message above or the lament? every other day 5x2x2 with bathmate. Bathmate blows me up so it looks like 6’ girth but then it shrinks. Have the pump action bathmate, not hand pump. Pumping to 17psi on mity-vac. Still no girth gains, looks bigger after the session but I can see that it is not filling the tube of the mitty-vac up all the way. Can some people not gain girth? Or does it take a really, really, really long time?

Go harder-Ok! Let me check something with you guys. I was going back over some stuff from the site I read. EQ-is erection quality? You said make sure you have good eq and suction for the bthmate. I dont get an erection before I go into the pumping. Is this an error? I assume The pump makes you erect when you are soft anyway, but are you saying it makes a difference if I get an erection before I go into the pump And shouldnt just push myself in flaccid and let the pump make me erect?
2- Does the bathmate weaken after about 2 years? I dont seem to be getting the same vacuum power?
Dose anyone have both the pump against the body batmate and the hand pump batmate and know if there is a good difference between them, worth the extra $150?

I have a Warning for some of you guys out there who may have erection problems or like to experiment with anything you can get your hands on.
Alprostadil that you inject into your penis. Is not something to play around with. My 1st try in the DRs. Office gave me the dreaded priapism. Holy Fuck-You saty hard and every 1/2 hr the pain increases massively. You can get Priapism for up to 36 hrs or you can get the surgery.
1 other warning came from 2 drs now, 1 is a dermatologist. The hydrocortisone steroid will thin your skin over the long run if you are using it heavily in any area somewhere down the road that area may have very thin skin.

Make sure you enter the pump erect and also try to stay erect inside the pump. Always do kegels throughout the pumping sets. The bathmate that has a hand pump is powerful than the normal bathmate.

If you have a mityvac, stick to using it.

I wrote to you about that previously but you didn't see my answer. Like @hugh-girth said it's dangerous, and you can develop DVT (Deep Vain Trombosis).

What can happen then, is that blood clots travels in your bloodstream from the big veins to the small ones, this create problems, like heart attack, stroke...restriction of blood flow in the heart, lungs and brain is not good. So clamping is not recommended, the risk is to high.

Girth Program 5x5x3 is the routine you want.
