Can you over do infrared light?

Been doing infrared light for healing after PE sessions. 20 min after length master in the am and then at night for a total of 40 min a day. But I’ve noticed how much more elastic my penis feels after using the red light and would like to start using it before length master as well as after still. Is this too much? Anyone know if you can over do it?

Someone did post recently that you can overdo it.
I always use it pre stretch, it makes a huge difference.
Mine give off a huge amount of heat.

Yeah I read that someone got burnt but I haven’t gotten that yet. Yeah exactly, the heat is amazing. Maybe I’ll get a heating pad or something for pre and is the light for after

Yes, you can indeed get diminishing of returns for healing once you hit a daily dose average of 35 J/cm2 for treatment area. Depending on how close you are to the light, you vary the dosages. But I suggest not to exceed that 20 minutes marker at 6in away using the MOS Red. 25 minutes should be the cap limit for daily exposure time.

Burnt skin is common for those who have sensitive skin. If you get sun burns easily, so will be red light. Normally, the dosage should be decreased from average 35 J/cm2 to 25 or less. That means ease up on the time until you hit the sweet spot.

Exactly 💯

@92 what do you do for warmup? I use NIR+RED for warm up. Everyman is different, I use it for warm up and during stretches before Water Pump or Jelq, I would never do PE without warm up. Let's say you are at the moment only using it for cool down and healing, consider splitting that time for warm up. Anybody else agree?

Side note, After NIR + RED I also felt more elastic, maybe something I could not measure but it felt more elastic was the wording I felt. It also felt less fatigued.

I here that many out there use Infrared during pumping but I don't understand why? I don't trust the light going through a tube but that is me. If you are water pumping the water would stay hot to warm even after 20 min straight which would be the max anyways. With 5 x 5 x 3 you are constantly getting new hot water. I would think it would make much more sense to red light during Length stretches.

For those who like to use red light during pumping, the heat is more secondary benefit, mainly for Ir type, while the light to charge the mitochondrial powerhouse during the session to save time. I can understand the time saving approach, but using it for the heat is too minimal. During stretching is a different story. But I rather use something with a higher heat output, like a warmer or a heat pack. The IR light is a bit too low unless you have a 1kW light unit.

You have to test your limits and back off. When you feel things are too intense everybody will be able to do something different

I like this thinking in that everyone is going to vary
Everybody is going to vary, and that's why it's more important for you to know your own limits than compare yourself to someone else who might have different limits.

Just how we experience pain is different. There is pain that is good for you and pain that is bad.
But for me the good pain is not even defined as pain for me, it is just pleasure.

For example: Some can walk imminently after a Total Hip Replacement, but some experience to much pain, so getting to walk will take more time for them.
We are different in how we feel our body. Even if there is free mobilization allowed from the doctor, some people will need more time to get into walking due to how they experience pain.
