I normally do hanging and stretching but hanging takes a lot of time and I read somewhere that if you hang heavy (6kg+) you toughen the base and this slows down length gains so I am tying to focus on stretching now BUT the question is if gains can be gotten through stretching routines only?
Of course I stretched even longer than that in my earlier years. At one point I was stretching all day every day. The more you stretch the longer you will become.
I since you don't have a lot of time for stretching I recommend using a extender device. You can wear them under your clothes and it does the stretching for you. They work really well and results are great. If you don't want to spend a lot of money grab the SiliStretcher
Hi,how do i contact customer service ? I bought everthing 5 days ago and my pump does not hold ..i watched video how to fix it it still doesnot work .im hoping they send me a new one since i save up for 6 months to get it and dont have 40 more dollars to buy a new one ...thats all i need ,thanks ...the sooner the better please ..id like to have better results since im following the programm but have to pump it and lock it every couple of minutes ..
