can not seem to stay on a routine.

for some reason, mostly stress and work, I can not seem to stay on a routine, I start hanging weight, or pumping, and within 2 weeks I am skipping days, and demotivated to even to a routine.
 
Thanks, my problem is not routine, its just sticking with it.
 
Oh I see , motivation is a cornerstone of PE , the way I motivate myself is imagining myself in a year, will I be at where I am right now with no progress? , or a better man that put in the hard work and dedication. Another way that has helped me is I don't even think about doing the routine bc if I do I kind of dread it lol, I just go into it at a designated time each night.

Ah yes you need the length master , if you get a really good wrap it's so easy to stretch with that thing. Honestly without the the LM my motivation to do workouts would be so low bc I would not be getting gains nearly as fast. Since I've been doing my routine I've been seeing really nice gains and that motivates me a lot to keep pushing on.
 
exactly you need to be getting in really good workouts to where you are seeing progress almost daily or temporary progress that will be eventually cemented, for me, I have to have at least 45 mins, but preferably an hour and 15 mins, like Mincey says the gains are what will motivate you, I do not have a length master and I am excited and ready daily to get into my workout. @bandit2010 do you have a wife, a girlfriend? Or what is your reason for doing PE to begin with? Is it for you or for your partner? If it's for you then you need to think of the situations in life that usually make you feel the need to PE to begin with, the times you feel like you would be more confident or happy and think of that feeling and know you are closer each day that you commit to your workout. If it is for your partner then you need to think of the look of satisfaction on you partners face and think of the fact that she is thinking about how strong you are for taking time out of your day regularly to do something that is indirectly just for her, its a commitment you've made to satisfy her and shows how much you think about her, she will love you more for this and find you more sexually attractive. This in my opinion should be your focus. Hopefully this helps in some way.

@Minceydice - I have been looking for a good wrap for the LM. I am on the slim girth end, and have been using only silicone sleeves as padding. It works, but my dick ends up pretty flattened-out on the chamber and I still slip a little. What’s your wrap method and how do you minimize slippage/creep?

This is my constant battle as well @bandit2010 ! I have been working on not beating myself up when I lapse and concentrate on how good I feel even after some work. @Minceydice is right that of you frame it as a “production” it is easier to bail because it is “a lot of work”. I have fallen into this myself. I started supplementing my main sessions with “Micro Sessions” of small bursts of exercises, many that can be done concealed under clothes or with short bathroom breaks. I posted one routine this week...

I personally think the LM is a great tool but ordering a LM isn’t going to make your dick bigger.

Why not cut your routine in half and see if you can stick with it. Make it a habit to do 15 min of PE at a set time everyday. From there maybe, two three weeks down the road, add 15 more minutes at a different time of the day.
Once you make this a habit, then you can make a good decision about how to up your routine from there and a LM may just be the trick to make some serious gains.

I use a gauze wrap that u can buy from cvs and sports pre wrap, I wrap the pre wrap about a cm from the had then wrap with the gauze in between that area and the head, I then wrap around the edge of the tip.

Cool...where do you place the edge of the chamber closest to the glans? 1” behind? Or do you clamp down closer to the base?

I clamp down like very close to the head but not to far up, I give it a little bit of room think like 1.5 cm ish, the key with this wrap is you pull he skin down and wrap with the prewrap, then after that wrap with the gauze just below the head , I usually fold the gauze in half so shorten the width of it, if you do it correctly there will be no slack at all, also use the gauze as additional padding to where you are strapping in, I use a relatively long piece.

When you're prepping for training are you excited at the prospect of making gains or do you view it as something you have to do because you feel you have to do it out of a feeling of inferiority?

I am usually excited about doing my training.
 
I couldn’t wait to come home tonight to do my posting as I was busy all day. When I came in to this thread I expected maybe one or two replies, but then when I saw how much help Bandit was given I almost cried! The altruism present in the brotherhood right now is what I have always dreamed the brotherhood would be. My Brothers you make me happy and you have made my dream come true!

Bandit, motivation is not really what you need what you need is stress relief and The best stress release is PE :) It seems like you’re falling off the boat when you take on too much or perhaps it becomes mundane due to the repetitive nature. How about doing the routine that’s fun, easy and works into your life perfectly. Instead of doing an hour long session how about chopping up your days into shorter 10 minute sessions. And let’s say you get six of the sessions in a day, each session could use a different exercise. This will keep things fun and in constant flux so you never get bored. Maybe you could just work on length exclusively and just try to make those gains first and then come back later for girth or vice a versa. You may consider an ADS if money allows, This will do the work for you as far as length is concerned. You can always get an accountability partner here in the brotherhood to watch over you and keep you on the right track. So there’s many things you can do that will keep you on track. The biggest step was you asking for help from here you’ll get the best advice possible and if you follow it you will gain. Much love my brother and God bless you
 
Dld you pretty much hit the nail on the head, far as breaking it down to shorter sessions though out the day, that is impossible, most times it is due to tiredness, yes I do need to get a adds, but I don't know about wearing it while at work.

The Phallosan is a wonderful ADS that is complete concealed when wearing. So you can easily wear this to work but even better you can wear it through the night while you sleep! Pretty much eliminating the need to do length to work.
 
yeah that is what I was thinking, also yeah having someone to hold me accountable and help guide me would be great.

This is good- and one way to ensure you keep your motivation high is to make sure your mind stays fresh. You can do this by making sure to rest your mind from any thoughts and pressures of training when you're not training or educating yourself.

Is there a specific period after training when you begin losing your excitement for training?

The things that are easy to do are also easy not to do; accumulated neglect and indolence will create lackluster desired results.

Doing PE is a discipline, which requires the proper thinking and attitude towards it to be successful.

Train in the morning then. T levels are higher, and by getting your workout out of the way first thing the rest of the day will go forward with that sense of accomplishment of your having done your workout.
