That’s perfectly normal your penis is going to become darker when you’re under any kind of compression. You can be under this much pressure for up to an hour. At that point it’s safe to remove whatever you’re using, return good blood circulation and then reattach. If you go to long you’re going to get more water retention. Are you following the 5×5×3?
That i am! It was going pretty well but it seems my expansion has reduced the past few days. Awesome eq and sex drive though. I’m not sure what’s going on. My natural inclination is to just think it’s some sort of plateau and keep pushing through by consistency and gradual intensity. this usually is a sign of fatigue which makes it difficult to get your expansion as big as it could be if you were not so fatigued. If this is the case I will put more time between your girth workouts. You could also look into something like Viagra which works for everyone who uses it. It will let you get a full erection even when you’re fatigued.
on another note, when you’re in a state of fatigue there is no better time to stretch the penis since the pelvic floor muscles are too weak to hold back the stretch. men make unbelievable gains when they follow this methodology.
