Buying hanger/extender problems.

Hi,

I’ve been wanting to buy a hanger an extender for over a year but I live in a country where essentially banks here can’t provide USD to people/shortage so I can’t buy anything from abroad and my only payment option is crypto BTC, ETH etc I can convert to literally any crypto coin. Does anyone know a company that will alllow me to buy using crypto. Please suggest me one asap because I’ve been in this loophole for a good while.
