Born again Newbie need advice

Hello Veterans,

I'm a born again newbie in that I discovered PE ~5 years ago and did manual work on and off for a few years (jelqs, stretches and squeezes) but never for more than a few months at a time...very inconsistent. 2.5 years ago I had a BM and traction device but only used it for 3 months and then I was moving in with my fiance so got rid of both. Stealth PE is paramount as I think she would find it weird and oddly probably get upset as shed reiterate shes fine with my size and says it hurts sometimes so she might go all female and think I'm doing it for other women lol.

Back in August I decided to get another BM that I keep stashed and use when shes not home 4-5 times a week (15 minutes broken into 3 sets...sometimes only 10 minutes if rushes). I also do manual work ~6 days a week mostly stretches for 10 minutes total but work in some squeezes/jelqs probably 2-3 days also and just started experimenting with SSJ.

I want to incorporate an ADS (I think) and want input if this is something that is beneficial if I can only wear it 2-3 days a week sometimes (4-6 hours each day). Or is this something that needs to be 8 hours a day and more like 4-5 days? Dont want to waste my money if it wont be consistent enough to help.

Finally my current stats are: 7.5" bpsfl, 7.2" bpel and 4.85" MEG (from end of Aug). I want to gain 1" bpel and 1" MEG if possible.

Welcome......
Good gains you got there......

Anyways....
If you want to add length, I suggest you start doing stretches. But because you already had some experience in PE, you might need to increase the intensity of the stretch. Ask @DLD for equipment guidance......

If you want girth, I suggest you start doing:
i. SSJ
ii. Clamping
iii. Kegels
iv. Intense jelqing (kegel some blood in and then jelq)
Ask @DLD for equipment guidance......

I am telling you these exercises because you are not new to PE and might need some extra intensity for further gains.......

BTW, what are you rooting for, length or girth?

I'm looking for length and girth but if I had to pick the most important I'd go girth. I think between manual exercises and BM I just need consistency and good routines to gain girth.

My ultimate long term goal would be to get to 8.5" x 6". Not sure I can get to that length just with manual and BM so thinking about adding a silistretcher. Stealth is key so dont have plans to add a length master device or a traction device. Admittedly dont want to spend more than another $200 all in either since I've now bought the BM twice lol.

I have a clamp but seems like I never stay hard enough during a clamping session to get the benefit. Maybe I need to experiment with this more but find it hard to stay fully erect when clamped.

Welcome my Brother! Born again it’s a perfect place to look at a new start. With the equipment you have we can do a pretty good SRT routine. Just let me know if you details and I can write it up for you within a day or two. Let me know what your goals are and let me know what you’re starting sizes. Let me know how much time you have each day to dedicate to your routine. And if there’s any other equipment you have please let me know. I look forward to working with you.

Thanks DLD I'd definitely take you up on a routine. Curious what you think about me adding a silistretcher and if it's useful if only worn 3x a week on average for say 5-6 hours a day. Some weeks I could wear it 4-5x I'm sure.

Current equipment is a bathmate hydromax7 and my mitts basically. Have a cable clamp but dont use it due to reasons noted in other post above.

I can do PE about 30-40 minutes a day (excluding passive time I could do ADS at work) 4-5 days a week. I can do stretches in the shower 6-7 days a week as long as it doesnt take more than 10 minutes. Dont want to take 25 minute long showers to clean and stretch lol.

Current bpel is 7.2" and 4.85" meg. Want to get to 8.5x6"

@DLD bump for your thoughts on adding silistretcher for limitedish use from post above. Also any supplements I should be taking? I do some general vitamins (d/c/zinc etc) l-arginine and collagen. Take those for working out but figure they dont hurt for PE.

Yes that is a very smart move as far as the SiliStretcher @Lightning can help you with this. One of the most important ways to cement length gains is by using an ADS to keep yourself elongated as long as possible.

Since time is not on your side, stick to pumping and some manual 10mins bundled length exercises. You should be fine if you are consistent.
