I have developed what looks like a blister right where the strap rides with my extender. What can I do to help it heal and also what can I do between now and when it's done healing? Thanks for the help. For the life of me I've tried to use the search option but it says nothing exist.

Do Hot wrap 3 times a day until blister opens on it's own....do not pop or you will get scars. Use hydrocortisone on the area after it opens for about 1 week. From there you will be free to tain again. What caused the blister?

I'm thinking the noose thing on the traction extender. Like the one from sizegentics but this one is from x4 labs.

How do you keep your equipment clean?

Just some gentle soap and water and let it dry really well. Side note I've decided to purchase a batemate so that I can give it a break. I will resume once it heals completely. My new plan is to use both the pump and extender.
