I was a little bit red still from last girth workout session so I decided to just do a length run I will resume with incorporate girth training again!
I noticed that the color of my penis is changing it’s a lot darker than it used to be!

That's normal.And that darkness will eventually fade away after you have made the growth.You desire. You could always go length one day and girth, the next, if that works for you. This will give you a twenty four hour break in between each routine.

DLD that’s good to know I was a little concerned but was pushing through anyway!
I have been thinking about alternating between length and girth day to day at the moment

The key is not to let the blood volume remains stagnant for too long. The indicator of the old blood is reaching critical issues of non-circulation is the color changes in the glans, since it's the terminal point and easier to see. The capiliaries that deliver the blood closer to the surface of the glans is a great window to what's going on in the inner blood flow. If there's any color changes from a healthy light hue of pink to a light reddish blue or dangerous purple, you know you have bad circulation in using a clamp of some kind. If you see healthy pink, while doing light and long kegel exercises to get the blood pumping, without seeing color changes, you're good.

I think that's a smart idea. And as I said, don't worry about discoloration, I had it really badly, until I it reached my goal. And it completely went away.So have no worries.

Very good workout.I'm so glad to see you doing the SSJ. This routine looks good as far as hitting all the factors you need to hit. Continue on inconfidence, and know that in time you will get to the goal.You want to get to.

Im pretty good with consistency just hope I have enough intensity!
Take your time on intensity, just remain consistent and you will find greater intensity as you go along. Listen to your body closely. And when you feel that urge to move up in intensity, take advantage of it. My entire career has been consistency and intensity.
