Are you using this tape at the base and just under head and are you using it for pushing or pulling hands together ?
Yes. The TheraBand and flexible bandage, non-adhesive versions, are used for traction at the base of the glans to pull and push manually.

Just a warning, we can over tug and pull because of the new found traction. Just do be careful.

Things are going good it’s definitely been a struggle though I’m only doing 3 sets of 10 min squeeze and 3 min pump
Only concern at the moment is my lymph gland around base of head little inflamed for couple days of rest I noticed this morning after not doing any work over the weekend

When you see inflammation, that's sounds like your arteries are working hard to keep up. Rest a day more if you want. When you see inflammation but you still want to do PE after a few days of rest, switch to light pressure during the squeezes/jelqs go up to moderate just for 3 to 3 minutes, and switch back to light.

When the inflammation lingers, but it doesn't hurt, do a preventative approach using 70mg up to 85mg of aspirin, if only you're not allergic to it. On days you're doing PE, drink the aspirin. On day you're off, don't drink. Make sure to massage with warm oil or light massage with warm compress (warm water bottle or warm rice sock).

Puffiness is water retention. You reverse jelqs it or tightly squeeze the area with both hands for a few minutes to remove the fluid.
 
Yea I figured as much ! Just don’t know what causes the hard lymph drainage tubes my only guess is that they must get irritated
Wouldn't be surprised. Try a 100g or 200g of ibuprofen 2 hours before doing PE to see if irritation can be suppressed or reliefed. When using ibuprofen, don't use any acetaminophen.
 
Ok I took Tylenol today to relieve some fluid but I’ll try taking ibuprofen beforehand

Always here brother.

Just make sure to space them out. If you drink Tylenol, space out any ibuprofen intake around 4 hours before or later if you're taking around 100mg. For 200mg, space out to 6 hours. Just for your protection and cautionary measure.
 
Day 7 3 min pump 15hg
10 minutes horse squeezing
3 sets
Nice girth pump with a cock ring for hours afterwards
Inferred light 5 minutes before work out and five minutes after

I have a great expansion but not sure if it’s water retention! Definitely puffy around base of head afterwards especially once erection goes down

9lbs of static hang 30 minutes only
5 minutes red light post therapy!

I have been using this method where I squeeze the base of shaft with ok finger grip and one around the top of penis just under my head and push both hands down towards each other then when I Can’t hold any longer I kegel more blood in and continue switching hands

While holding the bottom of the glans in place, with the penis fully straight out, use the other OK grip and slow, but with plenty of pressure to squeeze, and slide ever slowly to the base of the penis. This forces the fluid to displace and drains out. You can do it erected or flaccid.

Reverse kegels are to be used while stretching. A kegel should be used to keep more blood in the penis.

Have cord like ring under head looks like lymph vessels irritated i been using 15 hg for 3 minutes vac by 10 minutes of SSJ during training but thinking to much pressure going to start using only 5 hg of pressure
 
15inHg is a bit high. You're entering into the upper danger zone. Ease up brother. You don't need to stay in the upper zone for too long to break the tissues. 13inhg is really good, 14inHg is reaching danger. 15inHg is just *BOOM* possible injury.

Yea totally agree I’m going to cut back pressure for a bit and just rest for a while before I get back at it
