When you see inflammation, that's sounds like your arteries are working hard to keep up. Rest a day more if you want. When you see inflammation but you still want to do PE after a few days of rest, switch to light pressure during the squeezes/jelqs go up to moderate just for 3 to 3 minutes, and switch back to light.
When the inflammation lingers, but it doesn't hurt, do a preventative approach using 70mg up to 85mg of aspirin, if only you're not allergic to it. On days you're doing PE, drink the aspirin. On day you're off, don't drink. Make sure to massage with warm oil or light massage with warm compress (warm water bottle or warm rice sock).
