Took advantage of this back on December 5th.

Have yet to receive any correspondence whatsoever.

Not even an auto generated email to confirm the order is placed etc

Sent in a chat through MOS shop site and 2 emails separately and still nothing

I placed my order on November 30th, and it arrived today. It took a while for UPS to get the parcel. Did you check tracking?

No I'm unable to check anything as I have not received any info and have no way of logging in to check

You sharing the time frame did give me hope that things will come in soon.

As of right now the only thing I have from the transaction is the charge on my card. Hoping for the best

I placed my order on 11/30. I still have not received it yet. It says it should be here Saturday but as of yesterday it was still in North Carolina so im not sure.. things are taking slower than normal but it is odd that you haven’t gotten any email confirmation for anything..

I got at least one mail after my order, and later on a seond one at the very least. In the first one was the order overview, which later on updated with the tracking number. Did you check your SPAM folder? Although by now it could've been already deleted, since most are deleted within 1-2 weeks.

Just a suggestion, email both our guru and MoS sales team directly if you're missing tracking info or not hearing anything. It's winter time over there, and shipments can get a bit sketchy because of the rain and snow. UPS pickups, dropoffs, and flights out of the area can be delayed unexpectedly.

I'm not sure how you ran out of stock so quickly but as I said, everything will go out on monday.That has been backordered
