Best Wrap For Newbies?

Unfortunately with my limited time I don't have the ability to peruse posts and find the answer I'm looking for I just saw a couple wraps posts one mentioned Ace Bandages cutting off circulation, my questions for a newb what's the best wrapping technique if your not using the LM yet?

Uncle Jims Strapping Technique is where you buy it. Instructions on using it are to start at the extreme base of your flaccid penis and while stretching with the other hand. Each wrap pull penis more and go for the next wrap repeating this process until you have wrapped to just below the head.
