Hi guys,
So I'm new here and want to get the most out of penis enlargement. I'm currently rocking a 6.5" BPEL by 5.8" girth and I'm hoping to get to 8" BPEL and around 6.5" girth one day. I feel my current size is decent, hence why I don't feel committed enough to purchase anything, but I would really like to get as many gains as possible. I read up a bit on kegels/reverse kegels and would like to know a bit more about those; is it really as simple as stimulating the muscles as you would when you're urinating/stopping the flow of urine? Should I do them in sets of some sort? I have also looked into jelqing, how effective is that? I'm hoping to really get into this and create a daily routine for myself, but I feel as if I'm being flooded with information and acronyms I don't quite understand while trying to learn my best approach. Would anyone here be so kind as to help me out, get me started, and familiarize me with all the techniques I can do? Maybe even help me devise an effective routine? That would be much appreciated.
