Best Way to Get Gains without Purchasing Anything

Hi guys,
So I'm new here and want to get the most out of penis enlargement. I'm currently rocking a 6.5" BPEL by 5.8" girth and I'm hoping to get to 8" BPEL and around 6.5" girth one day. I feel my current size is decent, hence why I don't feel committed enough to purchase anything, but I would really like to get as many gains as possible. I read up a bit on kegels/reverse kegels and would like to know a bit more about those; is it really as simple as stimulating the muscles as you would when you're urinating/stopping the flow of urine? Should I do them in sets of some sort? I have also looked into jelqing, how effective is that? I'm hoping to really get into this and create a daily routine for myself, but I feel as if I'm being flooded with information and acronyms I don't quite understand while trying to learn my best approach. Would anyone here be so kind as to help me out, get me started, and familiarize me with all the techniques I can do? Maybe even help me devise an effective routine? That would be much appreciated.

Kegels are really important and are the easiest to do.....
Reverse kegels takes time.......
Jelqing is used to increase more girth than length........

The newbie routine. But you’re really robbing yourself of so much potential if you do not take into account a methodology of SRT. You do need a minimum of equipment to make gains fastest. At the very least you should have a cock ring and a Duro sleeve. After you read SRT you will see just how important healing is and you can implement this into the newbie routine. After doing so please run it by us so we can critique you.

Unfortunately, you disappeared after the first post. One year of active PE can transform your life completely.

Most do not have what it takes

most of these people find it difficult due to the nature of their jobs. You know PE requires a certain state of mind. When people close from work, they feel exhausted and many find it tiring to do PE after a long day of work. I admire and respect the ones who still find way to do PE despite their busy schedule. it is in the same manner that I respect and admire those training length and girth on the same day. That's some high level of mental strength.
