Beginning again with MOS

Might be a two part intro. Waiting on my wife for lunch.

Glad I found this site. Motivating for sure. Had slight gains during my PE career, which has been off and on for a few years. Currently about 7” bpel and 4.625” MSEG. Still need to do some measurements soon. So I browsed through this site and found some new insight that I hope will make the difference. Firstly stretching in general and also focusing on the tunica. Second, healing in an elongated state. I just got a PF ADS. Not sure how I like it yet. I already had a penismaster vac extender. But I don’t like using the rod system for too long as how it’s supposed to be worn. Found many other uses for it though.

I’m hitting this from two different angles. Weight loss and PE. I’m not fat, I lifted for years, but got stuck in that lift heavy and eat whatever mentality. I hold weight in my stomach and groin area. Currently, my fatpad is hiding about 1.25” of my length. I want overall Heath improvement so I’ve ditched the heavy lifting for more cardio, diet and basic lifting. I am at 202 lbs from 212lbs. Aiming for 185lbs and re-evaluate.

Today was my second full workout. After joining this site and getting new ideas. So with my PeniMaster vac and the belt. I did 15 minutes of stretching, effortless too. I hooked the belt to the floor and strentched hands free all the directions I needed. Hooked it to waist level and above my head for other angles. I really liked the stretch.

Next I did 40 slow Jelqs. Attempted some SSJ. Still learning those. 15 minutes in air pump, and currently am in my ADS. I’m still learning how to use the PF. So I took the penismaster vac and used that along with the PF belt and found that to be more comfortable and easier than wrestling the PF on. I’m uncut, so holding back skin to get the sleeves on is a pain. Yesterday I did 3 hrs with the PF ADS. Today I will aim for the same or maybe 4. I’m gradually increasing and finding what’s comfortable for me.
 
Thanks for your thorough introduction, I understand much of what you’re looking for. I look forward to reading part two but don’t rush it as I want you to spend time with your wife.

I understand your issue with your fat pad as I have the same type of issue, I gain fat around my pubic area in the stomach with hides much of my size. Losing weight and starting a good PE program will bring you a visual and physical games which will make your growth seem so much faster.

The exercises you have chosen sound very good but I would love to have you write this out very organized with other items like your current size, your goal size, daily changes, routine updates, and anything else that might be pertinent to your routine.

Before I did my routine today I did my initial measurements.

BPFSL - 7.125”
BPEL - 6.875”
NBPEL - 5.75”

MSEG - 4.5” - could be slightly more, just have issues keeping a good erection when measuring. Good when with wife.

My routine for the next 12 days will focus on length

Warm up with heat lamp
Bundled stretches - 15 minutes
Hanging - 10 minutes @ 3lbs
Jelqing - 40-50 slow
4 hours in ADS
Also performing Kegeling during the day.

I took out the 10 minutes of pumping I was doing and added in hanging. I will start a girth routine later on after I gain some length. I’m starting out slow, but still after today’s workout, feeling the stretch.

Routine will change the following 4 weeks after due to me working in a remote area away from home. But I will be able to do some PE, just more minimalized version. I will do a measurement on February 4th and every time before I go back to work which is about 6 weeks between measurements.

I like split routines more and more as time goes on as I think it allows us to put full concentration into the actual exercises we are doing. Trying to get length and girth done every day can become trying and in some cases frustrating and this in no way is profitable. I also like the idea of people going for length or girth first then tackle the other after they make their gains. So try this routine and see how well it works for you.

bundled stretches are a very simple stretch you twist your penis into a corkscrew way and you stretch it straight out and hold it there for 30 to 60 seconds and repeat. The importance of bundle stretching is mammoth! The tunica is very dense tissue and I have found over the years the most effective way to pre-stretch is bundled stretches. They pre-stretch and prepare the penis to take on much more growth. And since to Tunica is so dense once you stretch it it will never return to its original size.
 
Thanks! That’s what I thought on the bundled. And yes, trying to do both routines in same day gets tiring and takes too long. I like to split it up

Smart move my brother you’re going to enjoy your PE so much more now that you can concentrate solely on one thing at a time.
 
Well, looks like I’m going back to work a few days early. Which means I’m going to be doing my longest hitch I’ve ever done and it’s the busiest time of year for us. Meaning I may be working 13-14hr days for 32 straight days.

I’m thinking the easiest thing to do is going to be stretch - 5minutes
Hang - 2 sets x 5-6 minutes - increasing weight
ADS - what ever I can manage. Job is too laborious to wear during. Maybe I can attempt sleeping in it until I wake up and have to take it off.

I have the Phallosan and I’ve been getting more used to wearing it lately and getting easier to put on. I’ve never tried sleeping in it yet.

Time is against me, I can probably only dedicate 30min daily.
 
30 minutes a day plus your ADS should be plenty to make decent games. Are you more interested in length or girth or both? I can help you put together a routine that will work with your new schedule. So the timing, if used smart, will bring steady gains

I want girth, but I think I can get more passive PE just working on length. When I get back home in 4 weeks, maybe I will focus on girth.

Sounds like a good plan. And even with your limited time if you spend it wisely you do very well. When you’re ready we can turn up the intensity and put together another routine. I would just like to see you focus on length every day until you are ready for the new routine.

Do what you can for right now and don’t sweat it if you can’t get everything done. Create a flexible schedule that you can change up if you need to. Try to find pockets throughout the day to get a little stuff in here and there. Eventually, God willing your time will be freed up and you’ll be able to get much more in.

So wearing your extender at night is smart. I would also get some stretching in with every bathroom break. I would also get some stretching in under the covers were no one can see. Be sure to do Kegels as they take no privacy and they do a great good to EQ. With some creative thinking you can really get a lot in by doing small things here and there.
 
The last three out of four days, I’ve been able to get a little hanging in before putting on ADS and sleeping. I think I’ve been able to sleep more on the ADS too. Was averaging about 3 hours but that might be 4hrs now, every night the last 12 days.

I started out with 8minuted of 5lbs hang
Next day 8 minutes of 7.5
Day off
Today 6 minutes of 5lbs and 6 minutes of 7.5

Doing what I can and not stopping

Looks like I checked in about 6 days ago. Since then, I’ve wore my ADS every night. A few times the whole time I slept, which was 6-8 hours per night. I would say I got around 36 hours in the ADS. Sorry for not exact numbers. Sometimes I wake up and need to take it off and don’t look at the clock.

I have also got to hand every night since last check in minus one night AND prestretched down, SO, and up for about 10 minute then about 15 of hanging where I progress from 5 - 7.5 - 10 lbs the last minute or two.

I’m sorry for not keeping exact numbers. When I’m home, I will be able to track a lot better and also I’m planning on measuring then too, which is beginning of March.

I got talked into a 6 hr training after work - so 18 hr day for me. I managed to put in my ADS before collapsing on my bed.

I Think I could see a slight visual difference. A little more Girth in some spots. Gland more Often more bigger too. Length probably is too, but that’s harder to see.

Was tired. Almost didn’t want to do any PE today. But I strapped my elastic hanging/stretching band to chair at bottom of my bed and just laid there stretching straight down. I was able to inch higher and increase stretch through out work out. Can’t say how much lbs of tension.

3hrs - ADS - woke up and had to take off.

Girth - 4.5

I haven’t measured since I took these measurements which was over 5 weeks ago

7hrs - ADS (830am - 330pm sleeping)
 
Next week. Sometime after the 3rd. That’s when I’m finally off work.

Monday - 2/24
25 min - straight down stretch. Lazy - band tied to chair at foot of bed. High tension ??5-8lbs?? Estimate.

ADS 7 hrs.

The last week has been hectic. Tired and not really wanting to do any PE. I managed to wear my ADS to sleep 5/7 nights. Stretch for 20-25 minutes 4-7 nights.

I’m off work.today is my first real workout. And measurement. I’m sure these are off by a bit due to my lack of getting a strong enough erection for measuring.

BPEL - 7.25” - Gain: 0.125 inches
NBPEL - 6”
MSEG - 4.675 - Gain: 0.125 inches

I feel like I’m skipping myself maybe a 1/16” on both length and girth, but I can only achieve that 100% erection during sex, which was great.I’m sure she noticed, but didn’t say anything.

going forward, I’m going to keep doing complex stretches 10-15 minutes, progressively intensify my hanging and wear my ADS daily

Congratulations on the gains! You might want to try measuring flaccid stretched bone pressed to determine with accuracy when eq is low.
