Glad I found this site. Motivating for sure. Had slight gains during my PE career, which has been off and on for a few years. Currently about 7” bpel and 4.625” MSEG. Still need to do some measurements soon. So I browsed through this site and found some new insight that I hope will make the difference. Firstly stretching in general and also focusing on the tunica. Second, healing in an elongated state. I just got a PF ADS. Not sure how I like it yet. I already had a penismaster vac extender. But I don’t like using the rod system for too long as how it’s supposed to be worn. Found many other uses for it though.
I’m hitting this from two different angles. Weight loss and PE. I’m not fat, I lifted for years, but got stuck in that lift heavy and eat whatever mentality. I hold weight in my stomach and groin area. Currently, my fatpad is hiding about 1.25” of my length. I want overall Heath improvement so I’ve ditched the heavy lifting for more cardio, diet and basic lifting. I am at 202 lbs from 212lbs. Aiming for 185lbs and re-evaluate.
Today was my second full workout. After joining this site and getting new ideas. So with my PeniMaster vac and the belt. I did 15 minutes of stretching, effortless too. I hooked the belt to the floor and strentched hands free all the directions I needed. Hooked it to waist level and above my head for other angles. I really liked the stretch.
Next I did 40 slow Jelqs. Attempted some SSJ. Still learning those. 15 minutes in air pump, and currently am in my ADS. I’m still learning how to use the PF. So I took the penismaster vac and used that along with the PF belt and found that to be more comfortable and easier than wrestling the PF on. I’m uncut, so holding back skin to get the sleeves on is a pain. Yesterday I did 3 hrs with the PF ADS. Today I will aim for the same or maybe 4. I’m gradually increasing and finding what’s comfortable for me.
