Things that you need to know, assess, and realize before you start your Penis Enhancement (PE) journey

This is not an exhausted list so use it as a reference guide. There are many questions already answered among the various posts, but we'll attempt to compile collective info here as we go. This post will continue to be updated per suggestions to make things more clear for all brothers within this brotherhood.

Your health

Never ever go into PE routines without first recognizing the tell-tale signs of your body that can hinder your growth, and possibly leads you into severe injuries. Examples of warning signs such as:
  • Pass pelvic floor traumas and injuries that causes numbness, tingling, achy, painful, or even loss of penile erection. Most of ignored the symptoms the body is telling them, force rigorous routines with safety in mind, and further injured themselves. This can come from a fall your butt, bicycle accident, got kicked between the legs, to as simple as being poked by a penetative item in the pelvic flood region that triggered a nerve.
  • Penile injuries such as plagues, scarring, or even breakage due to sexual or extreme trauma. Once something breaks, it will never heal back up to 100%. Maybe 95%, but never back to 100%. This is where a PE journeyman must be extremely cautious to to cause old injuries to manifest and cause greater injuries
  • Low and high blood pressure can cause unexpected erectile problem during the PE journey. Solid erection is needed to do some of the routines. Fluctuation on the blood pressure can cause the erection of drop quite rapidly, causing your routine to head into the wrong territory. An example is high pumping pressure to bring a flaccid penis back to full erection. Too high of a pressure without a solid erection can cause extreme edemas, rupture of blood vessels, torn nerves, and worst, fissures of skin and result in bleeding.
  • Medication you are taking may be inhibiting your ability to have good erection, such as inhibitors, your state of mind, and your chemical balance in your systems.
  • Your poor diets can kill your PE journey before it even starts. Being fat will reduce your overall gains. High intake of sugars will do nothing but harm your gains. Too much fat will stop your blood from proper delivery to your system. Too little of essential nutrients will not be enough for your cells to use for repairs and duplication, resulting in low to no gains.

Your mental state

Your mind plays the role of 80% in reinforcing your growth, both through discipline in keeping up with your routines, and patience to observe and calm your state of mind for long term penile building. PE is not a 3-month to 6-month quick growth plan. It's a long and patient game of progressive gains.
  • Being emotional can cause overall blood pressure stability that can cause instability to your growth.
  • Bad mood swings can cause your growth to stop completely because of the hormone levels preventing the process to divert to penis during healing and growing process.
  • Impatience action can cause you to act rashly and recklessly in doing routines not meant to be taken, and injure yourself so much that it either halt you temporarily or permanently from the PE routines. We've all been there.
  • Overzealous actions thinking that if a little routine works, a lot can bring more gains. That is a wrong mindset to use. Your body needs time to heal and recover for the next phase of growth every step. It's just like sleep. You don't sleep, your mental and physical state suffer. You can't do things properly. Same with the PE programs. You work hard, but you don't let your penis rest. Your growth suffer.
Your sacrifice

PE routines take quite a bit of time, ranging from an hour to as long as 16 hours for various routines. The core portion of the routines takes around 2 hours. Advance routines may take up to 4 hours. The rest of the time, you spend on healing using both passive methods (constricting, wrapping and sleeving) to active methods (all day stretching, traction devices, or even engorging wrapping). These methods take time and efforts throughout the entire day, every day, or as long as you want new growth.

Time is just one thing. Finance is needed for the tools you have to invest in. It can be as low as a few hundreds dollars/Euros, or as much as a few thousands dollars/Euros. This is on a yearly basis. Tools, supplements, repairing ointments, and foods specifically for healing and healthy diets. Things add up.

When you are ready to move forward, safety is first and foremost

If you believe you are ready to take a step forward, knowing what you are about enter into, you must place your safety ahead at all time. Acting crazy and stupid will endanger your health and your penis well being.

Ask questions like your life depends on it. Why? Because your life does depends on it. You are modifying your body that was not meant to be. You are working against your very own genetic code restrictions and you are biohacking your growth on a body part that is the last on the list for the body to care about. If you must compare your penis to the rest of your body, your pubic hair ranked above your penis. Your hair on your head is slightly above the penis. This is not a joke. It's reality.

DO NOT BE IMPATIENT. PE is a life long journey, with one step at at time. You try to do too much without conditioning your penis up slowly, you will suffer damages beyond repairs. Ask questions, understand the logics and reasoning behind the routines, know your routines, and start slowly. We don't sprint constantly to get our end goal for gains. We walk and jog together to build up to the ultimate objective gains we want, and maintain our gains throughout our lives. PE is a life long journey.
