Bathmate xtreme7 handball pump broke

Hey Guys,

I’ve had my pump less than a year and probably have only used it 30 times so far,
Recently started pumping everyday and as I was using it today the hand pump stopped working, like it will only get me to a certain pressure before it becomes useless
I used to be able to pump until I hit the frosty area on the cylinder and now I can only get to just below 7 inch mark,
Has this happened anyone else and is there a way to order just a new hand pump?

do you purchase it through the store here? If so and you have your registration number Bathmate will correct it. If not you could always modify it using the wine vac solution

I bought it from bathmates official site, I’ve emailed them just now, I never registered the pump when i got it but did it before sending the email
Hopefully it’s all under warranty

Received this email from them today, I’ve checked my emails and don’t have a proof of purchase, pretty sure I deleted it as soon as I got the order, not sure where to go from here

Just go with the winevac modification and you’ll have just as much vacuum as the handball if not more for under $10

Ordered it already and it arrived today haha and I got an email back saying they will send out a new hand pump so win win
