Bathmate X30 Extreme Routine

This is the routine that I use everyday. I pump for about 10 minutes to the 7"mark with water, then I wait 5 minutes and put on a penis ring and air pump it with the Bathmate for another 10minutes. Seems to work well. I get it above the 7" mark and leave it there. I get 2.25" across.

This sounds like a pretty good pumping routine. I would also have you look at the pumping routine in SRT called the 5×5×3, this is something that may benefit you greatly.
