It's been a while since I started working out with SizeGenetic extender. It's working pretty well.
But now I decided to add Bathmate to the routine and I wonder: is it better to use Bathmate first then the extender or is it more suitable to use the extender (8hrs), then do a Bathmate session (15 mins, as recommend)?
What way could be optimal to and healthy?
