Bathmate Newb Query

Hi guys,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I went ahead and bought the Bathmate a few days ago and was excited to rip it open and give it a whirl. I bought the HydroExtreme 7 version.

Tried my first pump last night and although I was able to get a decent suction, although the pressure was a little scary on the General. So I ducked out after 10 minutes.

Is there such a thing as overpumping ? If so how do you specifically know when to stop pumping ?

Or do you just keep pumping away until you're unable to go any further ?

Also looking into incorporating some of the fantastic newb exercises on the forum as soon as possible, but couldn't find a concrete answer on the above,

Thanks for your time !

thanks for posting my brother and it’s a very good question. There is a thing called over pumping and this causes all sorts of issues. But I came up with a way to pump without all of the issues mainly water retention. If you go check out the 5×5×3 sound in SRT you will see the best way to pump without fear of all of the side effects of over pumping. The 5×5×3 brings pure tissue expansion with very little water retention if any.
