Hi guys I have just bought one bathmate extreme pump, I have zero experience with it and PE exercise, I have no idea how to use it. On the instructions is not well written how to use it is just written do not use it for more than 15 minutes per day.
My questions are:
1) How much pressure I have to apply at beginning?
2) How many minutes? And how many times?
3) Do I have to start with full erect penis or 80%? or flaccid?
4) Traning everyday or something different?
I have read on web guide that for newbies is better to use it on flaccid penis and not full erected, and using it 1 day on/1 day off for at least the firs month. What do you think?
What would you suggest me to do? Do you have a page where is explained a training program for beginners with this pump?
