Bathmate doing it’s thing! Let’s grow baby!

I’m gonna post 2 pics. One is from Jan. 31st 2020. The other today Feb. 28 2020. So let me start by saying this.

I've lost a lot of weight recently, also while doing PE. I’ve also added some stretching and Jelqing for a longer period of time. I’m also manually clamping using only my hand at first.... it’s my first month back so I’m taking it slow. A good female friend of mine bought the phallosan for me (pretty cool, she’s lesbian and we are really good friends) this has been my routine (cause I switched it up a bit) I’ve been playing around to see what works I’m not circumcised so gripping is something I have to get used to and I’m figuring it out as I go along lol.

1/31/20
11am, bathmate (old one the Hercules) 15 min pump.
11:30pm, Jelqing 5 min.

2/1/20
11am, bathmate 15 min (in the shower btw no tub).
11:30pm, Jelqing 5min.

2/2/20
11am, bathmate 15 min.
11:30 pm, Jelqing 5 min.

2/3/20
11am, bathmate 15 min.
11:30 pm, Jelqing 5 min.

2/4/20

I started stretching before using BM.

Behind the cheek center, hold for 10 sec.
This was hard cause I couldn’t grip correctly,
Pull forward hold for 10 sec.
Pull forward left, hold for 10 sec.
Pull forward right, hold for 10 sec.
Pull forward up, hold for 10 sec.
Pull forward down, hold for 10 sec.
Bathmate 15 min.
11:30pm. Dry jelqs 10 min (I warm up with a heating pad for 5 min).

2/15/20 is my rest day. And what a rest day it was, I hooked up with a previous sex partner I had, she felt a difference, I felt how I filled her up, this was a big confidence boost. All I told her was “maybe it’s cause I’m loosing weight?” Lol ?

2/16/20 - 2/21/20

Rotary stretching 20 cranks left, then right.
Dry Jelqing for 10 min
Clamping 1 min (with my hand for now) for 6 min, I switch hands 1 min each.

So Saturday’s will be my off days/rest, since October 2019 I weighed over 270lbs, I’m 5’9 in height. On Jan. 20th 2020 I got hurt at work (hit by a forklift) at the ER I weighed 253, to be honest I was stoked that I had lost weight lol. So I was told that my blood pressure is high, so I stopped drinking sodas and beer since, and right now I weigh 238lbs. I still have an 1 1/2 of fatpad to tighten up. I will post a measurement tomorrow after tonight’s session. My results to me feel pretty good, right now it’s just visual to me, I haven’t measured yet.

Measurements starting on 1/31/20
BPEL: 6 3/4 x EG 4 5/8
I don’t really care for flaccid length, but it’s hanging lower lol. In the pictures I was just shy of the 170mm mark, now I’m over 170mm ??

What an incredible workout you have written. The only thing is I don’t see are bundled stretches and erect stretches. Work these two stretches into the routine and it will be perfect.

Thanks DLD, I’ll look into those and study them, I’ll try to figure out how I can add those stretches to my schedule.

Pretty cool, time to be consistent!

I incorporated the bundle stretch and erect stretches to my routine and today I looked and saw this! I’m almost hitting the 180 mark. Thanks for the suggestions man.

So happy you have started doing bundle stretching. This is such a priority in PE as it pre-stretches your Tunica and other dense tissue to allow your penis to take up as much growth as possible.

That’s awesome! I’m so glad my advice helped you and I hope other people take the same advice. Bundled stretching opens the door to greater gains in both length and girth.
 
60 days today!
bpel: 7 1/8 (Currently)
eg: 5 1/2 (these were the best pics I could take)

note: I have not done manual stretching for the past 2 weeks, this quarantine is no good, not too much privacy.... I stretch in the shower for a bit, use the bathmate, then I wear the phallosan during the day (max 5 hrs so far).

Hoping to make girth gains with the Bathmate and length gains with the Phallosan. I will try a daily stretching regimen as shown above.

I’ll update again on day 90.
 
I’ll do weekly updates but just thought I’d say that today was my longest training stint so far, with a Bathmate session (where I touched 7 inches) and 4.5 hrs+ wearing the Phallosan forte. I’m aching a bit but if I can be in traction (with either the Phallosan or the Andropenis which I have ordered) for 5 hours a day with a daily Bathmate session and maybe 1000 kegels throughout the day hopefully it will start paying off in 2-3 months!

Also, my erection last night was the hardest I have had in a long time - I hope to stay this dedicated for the foreseeable future
 
When will your Bathmate be in? Have you checked out the SRT 5×5×3? This is an excellent worked out using a pump.
 
90 day update.

you can call it Slow and steady gains ??

Who cares how fast they come as long as they come! You pull it long enough it’s going to get long, jelq long enough it’s going to get thick! Add tools even quicker. Most important is that you believe you are gaining! A positive mindset will bring you to your goals much faster.
 
It’s been a while. I stopped PE for a bit (sept/oct). Was on and off for a while (warm up and pumping only) I’ve been back since new year’s, feels really good. My current stats are 7 3/8 x 6 bpel. Sex has been awesome again, I have to use lube sometimes cause my dick has gained “weight” lol.
I have bought an LA Pump also and peeled the sticker off the bathmate, no more measuring for me, just pumping maintenance from here on out. Pics are from last night and this morning.

Great pictures my brother! I’m glad you’re back in the saddle and it sounds like you’re making your wife happy. If you’re looking for a really good pump routine try the 5×5×3 and let me know what you think.

I can relate on the measuring issues. At one point in my journey I threw away every measuring device I had and stoped measuring. All measuring did was give me anxiety. So I threw it all away and on the day that I felt most confident I bought a new ruler and I did my measurements and I made great growth.
 
for your 15 mins in the BM, is it a full on 15 mins? Or do you take a break between?

Spending 15 minutes in the bath mate is only gonna bring fluid retention. Please follow the 5×5×3 that will bring you tissue expansion with very little water retention.
