I am back with a vengeance, when I started roughly 3 years ago I was 6.5 x about 3.75, I am back and I want to get to 8x6. I am going to be starting with a basic newbie routine, plus pumping doing the 5x3, I trimmed up last night, and done a quick 5x2 and wore a silicone ring after, all I can say Is holly hell it felt thick.
I will also be using coconut oil to do all manual exercise with.
 
Hey DLD, I wanted to ask, can I replace the Jelqing with the 5x3 since I am using my bathmate at night.
 
I just got done doing the basic stretches for the first time, I tell you I could really feel it

5x3 pump with 5 min of SSJ
 
Just got done pumping broke it down into 5 min sets, and done 150 SSJs between sets, came out the pump on the final set pretty plump, sitting here wearing a cock ring relaxing.
 
Just got done doing basic stretching, boy could I feel it in the ligs, then done 15 mins in the bathmate (5x3) came out feeling nice and thick.

Wow that is a lot of girth work. Wish I could find the time to do that, no doubt girth would increase tremendously. Thanks for the inspiration, can't wait to read your results.

Yes I got in a light pump set Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, gonna try and start back on Monday, got the ufc fights tonight, and im just gonna take it easy.

I would but all I am doing is assisting my customers on the paid service I sell. I did manage to pump tonight, all I will say is holly hell, I broke past the 7 inch mark on the pump, when I pulled out for the final time, it was as thick as a shaving cream can.

Getting ready to start going for length mainly, gonna keep doing basic stretches, adding my Lm and slowly start hanging a little.
 
Just got done doing some basic stretching, then broke out the LM, and took the basic stretching to the next level, done 10 mins of Bundles, gonna get some pump time in next, and see if I can break that 7 inch mark again
 
Just got done pumping, if things keep going the way they are my spouse said I will have a pussy destroyer, I pumped 5x3 and in the first set I hit 5 1/2 girth in the pump, how do I know this, I made a band that was 5 1/2 inches out of electrical tape I filled it out in no time, now I think I will make one for 6 inches or bigger, it was about as thick as a shaving cream can post pump.

Just got done stretching, and pumping, came out the pump hung, I made a 6 inch band and lets just say I filled the band, so I know I am seeing 6 inches in the pump.

I did manage to get in a low pressure 10 min set while I was in the shower, came out feeling plump.

Short and sweet and very smart. Variety makes such a big difference in PE.
 
Just got done pumping a short while ago, done a light 20 min set, in the last 5 mins went at it kinda hard , went a 1/8 past the 7 inch mark.

awesome! You were also asking about how to correct a curve. It’s a very easy process but it does take time. Basically do you want to do erect jelqing against the curve. You can also do erect pumping which forces the penis to a more straight position. Some people think ADS work also. I successfully added a curve over about a 12 month period. And what I did to make this happen is jelq in the direction that I wantEd in my erection to follow. Today my penis has a nice upward curve like a banana.
 
yeah I am sitting here, had the SG on for 90 min, took it off to use the restroom, gonna try and get another 90 in.

Hey @DLD is there a video available showing how to do this jelqing routine to get the banana curve? That is an awesome achievement -congrats...!!!(clap)
 
Just got done doing my second set with the lM for the day, and I am sitting here just put my extender back on, gonna try and get 3 to 4 hours in on it, gonna least go for 3.
 
I ended up today with 2 LM sessions, got a total of little over 7 hours in the extender, and 5x3 with the pump.

This is the best way to cement all the work you’re doing. I’m very pleased with you and how you’ve become re-inspired to make things happen.
 
I am back , been in active due to work, decided tonight to get off my ass and shave and get a set in on the bath mate, I am going to slowly start back training, having to currently deal with dry skin also.
