Back in the game after long time out. SG + VLC Tugger advice needed

Hi all,

I'm back after a long time (years) away due to unexpected life things going on.

For the last couple of weeks I've been slowly getting back into stretching with SG + VLC tugger, getting used to spending a number of hours per day again etc.

I feel like i'm back in the grove of it - but I have a question about how far to push things with the setup I have. When using the SG alone you can't spend endless hours without a break because of the lack of circulation. While you're wearing it though you really feel the stretch. However with VLC attachment it's a completely different thing and feels so much better to wear for long periods. The weird thing is though it's almost too comfortable and you don't get the feeling that you are really stretching so I wonder if this will really yield any decent results?

Is there a ballpark of how far I should be stretching (i.e. aiming for at least erect length or beyond?) - obviously don't want to get too crazy in the early stages

Anyway good luck to all, would appreciate any feedback from others using this setup and whether or not decent gains can be made

Don't just use the VLC tugger and SG alone. Do a bit of SRT newbie routines into the mix. 5 exercises to loosen up the tissues.

BINGO! VLC Tugger and SG use the same extender approach, just with the vacuum cup method over the straps and nooses. ALL extenders and stretchers require a bare minimum, and I do BARE minimum of 4 hours at 1.25kg of traction to get the ligaments and tissues loose enough to get into the next phase, which is the traction application for growth. This means you're starting at the 4th hour, followed by true stretching thereafter. You need at least 4 hours of constant lengthening traction, which places you at 8 hours total. The recommendation is anywhere between 10 to 16 hours daily.

We've been testing out the method of either manually stretching with a very strong pair of hands for the budget-limited brothers, or using the Length Master 3 to do the stretches for those who can invest a bit. LM3 allows the tissues to be broken down faster in 15 to 30 minutes over the extender minimum of 4 hours. SRT encourages the bundled stretches by twisting the tissues laterally, resulting in less traction force. Smarter and more effective pulls.

Commonly, during flaccid stretching, the most optimal stretch is 125% to 135% of your erected length. Just making it at 105% is good, 110% is nice, but 115% is the starting point.
