Hello fam,
Glad the website is back up,
I've been on Redd It for the last few months, it's good, it has it's place, its got a lot of bad info, a lot of good info, a lot of newbies and not a lot of vets.
It's there, and I used to like it more than I do now. It's good to be back here with the Vets.
What I have learned and been doing: I will report back when I get more info.
- Trying out vibration with manuals 2 x 10 min during my manual routine (BD was pushing it, we will see what happens, as it has lost a lot of its initial spark). Manuals are around 40-60 min a day broken into 2.
- Interval pumping, I've been doing a 5 x 6 (2 interval pumps 2 min each in that set)x 3 - My first feedback is that Edema has gone down even more which helps a lot for SSJ time. Why did I go from 5 min to 6 min per pump? It's the only way I can manage my time, with a timer -LOL
- Taking VIGOR supplements from Hink
- L-Arginine is a must for a good load
