As of last night its now been FOUR Year Now (Nov 21 2019)! My New Gains....

My short term goal is a Length of 7.5" and girth of 5.5"
My long term goal is a Length of 8.0" and girth of 6.0" which it looks to be my max limit...

My Length was 5.75" and girth was 4.5" Before PE training!

The two years of PE training! ( Using the Canister Method)
Started from:
MAX EL: 5.8" MAX EG: 4.6" To: MAX EL: 6.3" MAX EG: 4.8" Gained: MAX EL: +0.5" MAX EG: +02"

The third Year of PE Training! (Using the Bathmate and Quick extender Pro)
Started from:
MAX EL: 6.3" MAX EG: 4.8" To: MAX EL: 6.5" MAX EG: 5.0" Gained: MAX EL: +0.2" MAX EG: +02"

What makes you think that 8 inches length and 6 inches girth is your max limit?
 
Ok I guess you're right consistency is important is just like any other exercise,if they want real results,I think most people understand that don't you think ?

Consistency is a major key to any type of success...

Make the commitment, you're too passive with PE. Stay consistent with it for 12-months and see what results you get.

What makes you think that 8 inches length and 6 inches girth is your max limit?
To continue my success I, want to keep my goals realistic.
I have a 90 % chance gaining maybe up to 1-3 inches.
I also have a 10% chance gaining 3inches or more! Based on length and girth.
Hope that makes sense.

... your mind works off of pictures formed from your thoughts and words. Focus on clear and powerful mental pictures of your desired PE results for yourself from your thoughts, words, and actions. Don't let the distractions deter from your ultimate PE goal.

If you look at your life in the numbers days you get before you pass on. You will be astounded by the number; it's fairly low...
10 years is only 3,652.5 days. The average lifespan of a human is 79 years, which is less than 30,000 days. Be grateful for each day you get to work on yourself and your goals in life.
 
Thanks Im thankful for having amazing advice 24/7, sometimes I just don't feel any motivation at all, feel lucky for the support I really don't ask for advice or talk about it much but you guys have given a hand when I have needed the most,I'm still struggling whit issues n stuff but one step at the time getting bigger is part of my changes..

Take a close look at the bolded. I have seen a lot of old people who regret not chasing their dreams. I don't want to end up like that. Each time when it is the end of the year, I look back and feel sad some times because of the things I failed to do or achieve. My biggest setback is my inability to always follow my mind/intuition. I've already set a new resolution from now till December 2023. I must see life changes by all means. Procrastination has caused me so much setback.

I missed so much opportunities in the past because I was telling myself that I still had time. There is no time to delay anymore.

I continue with the training. But, I slow down the pace.
Simply, I turned 47 as of Nov 11. Plus, I have a BP 7+ inches length and, overall girth, 5.5 inches!
Happy with results and, My Girlfriend is to!
I'm only doing manually stretching since, I Happily surpass 7 inches in length.
I don't intend to stop ever! An overall goals, have changed cus, my limits haven't happened yet so, I'm not going to worry about it!

I've started at:

4.5 in girth!

(SO that is about 13 years off and on of training.) 2009-2022!

Oh! one thing! Over years my testicles got bigger with the training lol!

I was 50 cc / or 25 ml......when I, was 18!
Now I'm 75 cc/ or 37.5ml..... currently!


I, wish you all! Successfully overall gains..... As well, thank you! For all the Help and, support, from everyone, has giving in past!
