i havent done any good art some depression got me down

It is hard for me to do art when I am in depression. What I do is keep a notebook close by and just sketch with no real goal in mind. This helps me keep my mind in art even when I can't accomplish what I desire. Remember, creativity comes in spurts and you need to be ready when it happens.
