Are fowfers worth the risk?

I wanna start gaining while being passive but without any devices. So i started thinking about adding fowfers while sleeping,however it seems to me that fowfers aren't that healthy for the penis and testicles.Has anyone gained from doing them?
 
Honesty, I was thinking putting the "what are taters master" giphy right here, as I had to Google about fowfers.

Overall, what I read about it, I certainly wouldn't do it while sleeping or close to sleep.
With certain exercises it's really essential to be awake and to monitor how your penis is feeling.

I can't answer about the gaining part. I haven't done fowfers. I have read about certain exercises utilizing your body weight in and those I have done only few times, nothing in terms of a routine.

Passive gaining without devices, to me it seems like utopia ... Of course resting after sets is kind of "passive gaining", as you need to rest to grow. :)
Why not be more active and make use of short pauses etc., piss pulls and whatnot.
I for one enjoy my sessions, be it by hands only work or with a device.
I'm passive as it is anyway, better be active in some sense.

I, like arkailija, had never heard of fowfers until I googled them. But you wouldn't want to do this while you sleep. You need to restore circulation after 20 minutes or so and repeat. Very similar to Lazy Ass stretches.

They were a Th*nd3rs counter to lazy ass stretches, so pathetic.

Lazy ass stretches will not damage your penis in anyway, they are safe and extremely effective but only go for 20 minutes at a time. You can do as many sets as you want to, I did them throughout the whole day when I was not in a training.

The lazy ass stretches seems to be something that can be done especially on off days.
