Looks like a dude named Matsudo-- or one of the other artists who worked on the old "Image" comics line back in the Liefeld/Lee/McFarlane days.

I have been out of comics so long. What are those guys doing nowadays anyway? Lee, Larson, Liefeld, McFarlane in particular...Any of them still doing work and if so, what are they doing?
