Aside from the fake picture it appears to be a variation on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s Strapping Method which is free, I used it for a long time with excellent results. Save your money and do a search for "Uncle Jim's Strapping Method"
