Another Newbie Q

Hi Guys, quick Q from a guy from Down Under. I received my Silistretcher 2 a couple of days ago and am having real trouble even getting the sleeves on. I've spent the last couple of hours perusing the forums and searching, it seems putting the sleeves on whilst flaccid is what most do. However I'm finding that near impossible, all I end up doing is pushing my manhood into my body while i try to roll the sleeve on. I tried whilst erect and had much greater success, the sleeve went on without any wrinkles and when i calmed down again it was a nice snug fit. I could also get my head to have a much nicer (closer) fit into the silistretcher itself before i applied the vacuum. However it seems the general consensus is to apply while flaccid, and no more than a 50% erection.....I Just cannot do it! Any reason that I shouldn't continue to apply the sleeves etc while fully erect?
