Alternating a pump and stretcher

First time poster.. howdy all!

I have a neuological issue(MS), so i quite often have ED... and PE ughhh.

I purchased a crappy pump a few months ago and decided to use it last night plus a ring to help my ED. Did some "secret" pumping beforehand and surprised the wife with the lights off. Decided to have fun and pump it quite a bit thicker than me and cinch it tight with some rings. The moans when it went in sold me on getting a good pump LOL

So.. I just purchased the mightyvac AND the stealth stretcher. I work from home, so figure i can have pumping sessions a few times during the day, and when not pumping i can let it stretch a bit.

Is this too much for the penis to take in a day? Or not recommended to do both.

I am 5 3/4 hard, so i am interested in length as well as girth. I bought an extra tube that was a bit smaller just incase. I keep reading about "filling up" the tube, so i figure one that is way too big wouldn't work. Filling up... lymphatic fluid or blood? When i pumped hard last night, the base got really big and squishy.

Sorry.. lots of questions. Just excited to get going : ) And.. this is all gunna be incognito while the wife is working each day!

congratulate on your gear, the best in the business. I don’t think you overdo anything so I am suggesting that you use the best routine out there, SRT.
